For contractors, HVAC, landscaping, roofing & multi-stop service

Prove your crew was on site. Pay for the whole day, not a guess.

Clock in from a phone. A geofence on each job verifies who showed up. The Pro day rail stamps shop → site → depart → shop, so travel and on-site hours are separated without anyone doing math on Monday.

Early access In development Roadmap
Time · SN-01Early access

TimeTrack — the GPS time clock built for crews

One app, three plans, four ways to clock: live elapsed shift, set in/out, project timer, or the full field day rail. Geofencing is a verification layer on top, not a separate product — it proves where someone was when they stamped.

  • Per-job geofence with auto arrive / depart and a manual override — never silent GPS
  • PTO requests and balances, schedules, timesheet approvals on every plan
  • Live crew board on the web: who's at the shop, on the road, on site
  • CSV / Excel / JSON import and export; REST API and webhooks on Pro

Ledger — bank-connected books, categorized for you

Connect bank and card accounts through Plaid. Transactions land categorized against your jobs and vendors, reconciliations run continuously, and reports are always current.

  • P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow summary, any day of the month
  • Invoicing & receivables, statements, payment posting
  • Vendor bills & payables with approval routing
  • QuickBooks-friendly export and year-end package for your CPA

Payroll Bridge — approved hours in, payroll run out

Approved TimeTrack timesheets become payroll-ready runs: regular, overtime, PTO and per-job labor cost. Export to your payroll provider today; direct connectors are next.

  • Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly periods with OT rules by state
  • Labor cost by job flows back into Ledger automatically
  • PTO accrual and balance carried from TimeTrack
  • Provider connectors (Gusto, ADP, QuickBooks Payroll) on the roadmap

Office HQ — the admin work an office manager does

The unglamorous work that keeps a business compliant and organized, with an AI assistant that drafts and reminds and a human who approves.

  • Compliance & renewal calendar: licenses, insurance, registrations, filings
  • Vendor setup, W-9s, and secure document storage
  • Policies, employee agreements and handbook templates
  • Employee & client portal — requests, documents, status, no lost paperwork

Nova — an AI office manager that asks before it acts

Nova reads across time, money and admin. It categorizes, drafts, flags, and answers questions like "what did Truck 2 cost us in August?" — and every write is a proposal until you say yes.

  • Anomaly flags: duplicate charges, missed clock-outs, unbilled hours
  • Drafts invoices, reminder emails and vendor follow-ups from your data
  • Plain-English questions across jobs, hours and transactions
  • Stops and asks a human the moment something looks non-standard

The SkyNova approach

One system of record.
AI does the typing, you do the approving.

Most small businesses run the back office across a time app, a spreadsheet, QuickBooks, and someone's inbox. HQ is one model: a clock-in becomes labor cost on a job, which becomes a payroll line, which lands in the books.

PILLAR 01

Shared model, not integrations

People, jobs and money live in one schema. Hours, materials and invoices attach to the same job, so per-job margin is a view, not a spreadsheet project.

No CSV shuffle between time and books
PILLAR 02

Proposals, then approvals

Nova categorizes a transaction, drafts an invoice, or flags a missed clock-out. It never posts, sends or pays on its own. The moment something is non-standard, it stops and asks.

Every write has a human's name on it
PILLAR 03

Your data, your exit

CSV, Excel and JSON export on every plan. API on Field and Pro. If you leave, you leave with everything — and your CPA gets a QuickBooks-friendly file either way.

No lock-in, no hostage files
Retainer vs. out of the box

Everything an outsourced office does. Without the retainer.

Outsourced bookkeeping and admin packages are good at what they do — and they're priced by transaction volume and support hours. Software isn't. Keep your bookkeeper if you love them; give them a seat.

Common questions

Straight answers before you book anything.

What's actually available today?
TimeTrack is in early access — elapsed shift, set in/out, the admin live board, PTO and export are usable now with founder support; per-job geofencing and the Pro day rail are rolling out to early-access teams in phases. Ledger and Office HQ are in development and open to the waitlist. Payroll connectors are roadmap. We'd rather tell you that here than after you sign up.
Does this replace my bookkeeper or CPA?
It replaces the typing, not the judgment. Ledger keeps books current and categorized; you or your bookkeeper approve. Many teams will keep a bookkeeper on a lighter scope and give them a seat. Your CPA gets a QuickBooks-friendly year-end file either way.
Is GPS tracking always on?
No. Geofencing is per job — the radius lives on the job card — and it only checks proximity when someone stamps or when auto arrive/depart is enabled for that job. Every geo event shows a card and a toast, and there's always a manual override. There is no silent background tracking, and Standard has no GPS at all.
How does the bank connection work? Is it safe?
Ledger connects through Plaid with read-only access to transaction data. SkyNova never sees your bank credentials and cannot move money. You can disconnect an account at any time from settings.
Do I need QuickBooks?
No. Ledger is a full set of books on its own — P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, AR/AP. If your accountant lives in QuickBooks, export a compatible file whenever they need it.
Can our office staff and field crew use different clock modes?
Yes. The company sets a default work mode (say, Field day rail for techs) and roles can override it (Project timer for the office). One tenant, one bill.
What if we outgrow it, or want to leave?
Export everything — CSV, Excel, JSON — on every plan, any day. API access on Field and Pro. No exit fees and no waiting for a file handoff.
Is this custom software?
No, and that's the point. It's one product configured for your trade through plans and work modes — not a fork coded for one company. If you truly need something bespoke, that's a separate conversation through Jidoka.
